Sauce Competition Winners
When was the last time you were told not to play with your food? If you took part in MyKindaCrowd's 1st Birthday Summer Sauce Challenge, the chances are it was probably just two weeks ago...and from the look of some of our entries, there are a few Van Goghs of the dining table out there!
Some of the entries were so good, that we spent a few days deliberating on who deserved the incredible prize of a year's supply of their favourite sauce. Eventually, 12-months worth of dipping heaven went to Ryan Hewett for his MyKindaCrowd Rooster (see below).
However, we were so impressed with all of your work, we simply had to upload some other examples, which might even find space on the walls along the corridors of MyKindaCrowd HQ!
So, here are two exceptional pieces of food art created by Esther and Vanessa, who were voted joint runners-up with each creating really contrasting images with the same material - Tomato Ketchup! Who knew smudging sauce could look so good?
Thanks to everybody that took part in the challenge, and stay tuned to the website and to our Facebook and Twitter pages, as we've got plenty more coming up in the next few weeks - including a rowing trip with Team GB Olympic Silver medalist, Mark Hunter and two FREE tickets to see B.O.B next month at the O2 Arena, plus loads more!
Hope you're all having a great summer and good luck with your results!
