The energy industry has never been under the spotlight in the way that it is now.
It attracts negative press, political opposition and customers are wary of price rises. New technology is fundamentally changing the industry, both in changing the expectations of customers and in the technologies used to generate and control electricity. RWE npower want to build their company into a sustainable, successful company for the future.
How is the energy industry changing?
What do customers want from an energy company now, and in the future?
How can npower differentiate itself from its competitors?
These are just some of the questions the industry will need to answer in the coming years. As a business they not only need to answer these questions, they want to use innovative solutions to revolutionise RWE npower and the industry as a whole. What do you suggest RWE npower do to ensure they are a market leader within the Energy industry whilst ensuring customers are at the heart of what they do?
