The Complete University Guide
The Complete University Guide is one of the leading compilers of university league tables in the UK. We have been publishing independent tables online since 2007 and all our information is free to users as we believe all young people should have access to thoroughly researched information about education.
Our team are experts at preparing league tables with many years' experience in academia across a variety of disciplines. We use statistics on student satisfaction, research assessment, entry standards, student: staff ratio, spend on academic services, spend on student facilities, good honours degrees, completion rates and graduate prospects to present a full picture of each institution.
We aim to help students choose the right course for them and we produce tables focused on specific subjects as well as giving overall rankings to universities. In addition to providing league tables and detailed profiles of institutions across the country, we also publish helpful information about fees, accommodation and university cities to give potential students all the information they need to help them make this most important of decisions.
We also take a global view, providing information aimed at both international students looking to study in Britain and British students interested in studying abroad.
Each month, we have between 700,000 and 1 million visitors, most of whom are young people aged 16-24 looking to make decisions about where to study. We aim to help them make choices about their future by providing information about not just universities, but also graduate career paths and future employers.
Once they've made their decision, we also help them navigate the application process with useful articles and information, along with valuable insights from education insiders.
We work closely with universities and higher education bodies to compile our tables and to ensure we also publish news relevant to our visitors to help them stay up-to-date with the ever-changing world of education.
