Last term you helped us use technology to bring the dining experience of 2020 to 2012 now we want you to focus on our customers – remember we serve approximately 2.5 million each day!

In the UK 65% of our restaurants are franchised and over half of our workforce of 87,500 is under the age of 21 and for many of them it is their first job. This means we get to know quite a bit about young people and also the local communities in which our restaurants are based. Training and development of our employees is at the heart of what we do, ranging from Level 1 and 2 qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy to a Foundation Degree in Managing Business Operations.
