As a successful applicant, you’ll get to work alongside employees from Three to design and deliver a business project together, as well as meet and present to some of Three’s senior leaders.
The experience will help you to build your confidence and develop your skills. It will put you out of your comfort zone and improve your ability to present, work with a team, network, adapt, and think on your feet regardless of what subject you are studying at uni.
At the end of the programme you’ll receive a certificate to add to your portfolio of achievements and have a unique and interesting experience to share with future employers in your CV/interviews that will help you to stand out from the crowd.
What are the programme application dates?

Application inspo: Check out this poem that one of our participants wrote as an application.
Previous participant inspo: Seyi, from our most recent programme said:
"This is a unique programme. Anyone would be lucky to get on this programme and have the amazing experience as I did. I would recommend this because you get to learn how to communicate effectively to a diverse audience... You also get first hand information about working in the telecommunications industry from people who already work there. The feedback you receive is also very useful for your own personal and professional development."
