Schools Programme

Our schools programme aims to bridge the gap between the classroom and the office to help young people apply themselves with confidence in professional settings.
We run a range of workshops that focus on:

  • Showcasing the wide variety of IT careers that are available

  • Teaching business skills, like project management

  • Practising communication and teamwork

  • Developing employability skills, from CV writing to interviewing and more

We encourage Capgemini employees at all levels to get involved, so young people can meet and discuss career options with professionals at all roles and levels. And last year, we won a Business in the Community (BITC) Big Tick award in recognition of our work.

As a large corporate business we take pride in supporting young people as they make their way into the working world.
