The Challenge

Progress through two exciting challenges! First, select a current product range in Haircare and Styling for launch into a new market. Secondly, develop a NEW innovative range and its supporting marketing strategy.

Challenge 1: The Pre Case

What product or product range from existing global ‘Haircare & Styling’ category would you launch in the zone and how would you do it?

Challenge 2: The Case Study

Develop a new innovative ‘Haircare & Styling’ product or product range to attract more consumers in this zone with an integrated marketing strategy.

The Prize:

An all expenses paid trip to Paris to represent the UK in the International. In Paris you will compete against 44 other countries with the following prizes up for grabs!

Vacancies Available

We have up to 40 graduate Management Trainee vacancies a year across commercial, supply chain, marketing and finance. In additon to these functions, summer interns (10 weeks) and placement students (6 months or 1 year) can also work in PR, visual merchandising, digital marketing, market research and category management.

Completing an internship or placement year with L’Oréal is an excellent stepping stone onto the Management Trainee Scheme We do not exercise specific closing dates with roles opening (and closing!) throughout the year.

Summer and sandwich year interns are paid a competitive salary of £18,000, and graduate trainees start on £28,000. All employees have access to an extensive benefits package. In addition to this, we’ll help you to make the transition from study to business with a comprehensive induction and schedule of training throughout the year. There is also guidance and support from HR and your line manager from day one. We also offer private healthcare, sports teams and, with 90 interns and 40 graduates starting at L'Oréal each year, a fantastic social life.
