What Are We Looking For?

Although proven academic ability is important (we require a 2.1 degree or above, not necessarily in law) we value energy, enthusiasm, business sense, commitment and the ability to relate well to others just as highly.

Our Advice For Applications

The most typical reason for an application not to make it through the first stages, is due to lack of research and depth to the answers. You need to provide specific details of what you did, who you dealt with and what skills you learnt through the process. Quite often answers are too broad and without really demonstrate enough depth of research into the firm or understanding about the sector.
