ISE useful information

We had the pleasure of speaking at the ISE Annual Student Recruitment Showcase, in January this year. Rowena and Simon were speaking about how Early Talent Recruitment has evolved, our predictions on where it’s heading, and the drivers for this change. We were also joined on stage for a Q&A session by undergrads, Arun and Shivani from LSE, who kindly shared their experiences and expectations. 

Key takeaways from the session:
1. 10 years ago technology and AI appeared in only a few stages of early talent recruitment. In my role at Sky we were building websites, social media marketing, and trialling video interviewing. And that was about it.
2. Now it’s visible at every stage of the process. For example, the platform I built last year, connectr, specifically to help in one part of the recruitment phase (reducing renege rates pre-start date) is being used in 100% of the recruitment process.
