Only 0.5% of Business Studies students choose an Insurer as their most desired employer
Females are 27% less likely to contemplate a role in insurance than men, and 8/10 millennials are unfamiliar with insurance as a career path.
But does this have to be the case? MyKindaFuture approached a number of students from our Bright Futures Societies for their thoughts.
Bright Futures Societies is the largest network of careers and employability university societies in the UK. Established in 1976, Bright Futures Societies have been helping clients engage with students for over 40 years. This year our 30 societies provide a platform for employers to access highly engaged and active students through quality face-to-face events and social & digital marketing. 57% of the students in the Bright Futures Societies are female, 53% are final year students and 49% BAME.
