This is a generation which shuffles up to six devices per day and only wants to digest content that is relevant to them. Not all of them necessarily want to go to university and fall into what seems like never-ending amounts of student debt. The result of this shift is that recruiters are having to be more immersive in their approach to candidate experience than ever before in order to secure top talent from a number of recruiting types – be that school leavers, apprentices or graduates.

This generation wants to be engaged; they want employers to be genuine and they want to see the same values as they have in recruitment marketing.
