Tech Talent Charter: How can the most diverse talent be recruited and retained in tech roles?

In collaboration with University of Gloucestershire, The National Cyber Security Centre, and The Institute of Coding (IOC), we came together to discuss how the recruitment and retention of diverse early talent within tech roles can be improved.
