We're Hiring!

We are searching for talented creatives to join the team here at MyKindaCrowd.

Our mission is to transform the way that young people connect with the world of work through high impact, fun, interactive workshops.

We’re looking for performers to deliver these workshops (we’ll train you on the material!) in colleges across the UK. All you need is an interest in facilitating ‘learning’ type discussions and a passion for inspiring young people to make crucial career choices - we’d love to hear from you.

                                   What do we need?

We are looking for people who want to turn their hand to facilitation and who are interested in designing these workshops for students in and around London and Sheffield.

If these aren’t your areas, please still do get in touch as we’ll be expanding our network over the next year and maybe in an area near you! We’re also looking for people who are keen on our mission who are reliable and able to commit projects when they’re booked in.

                                                  Age: Any

                                               Gender: Any

Ethnicity: Any - We particularly encourage BAME (Black, Asian and minority ethnic) performers to apply because they are currently underrepresented amongst our tutor pool at the moment.

Extra: Experience of workshop facilitation and/or working with young people in a theatre environment would be a great advantage but is not a necessity.

                   Dates & Availability                                              To Apply:

We are interested in the individual behind the talent. We are keen to work with somebody who is happy to play, learn, create, participate, design and fit in with our company in an honest, fun, and hard-working way.

We are very much a company who endeavours to create work that serves the needs of the young people, the colleges and our employer partners and so anybody joining our team has the opportunity to take part in other MyKindaCrowd projects in the future too.

We really look forward to hearing from you, please do get in touch with a CV and Headshot (doesn't need to be professional, so long as we can see your beautiful face, 2GB max please) and a short cover letter expressing your interest in this project.

For further information on what's involved in a typical workshop please contact us. Please send all applications to nicky.miles@cragrats.com

Application closing date: 15th July and we’ll let you know our decision by the end  ofJuly.
