Attracting young people from a lower socio-economic background to consider a career in law, as part of the PRIME scheme. Clifford Chance wanted to provide them with the skills and information that they may not otherwise have had.
Clifford Chance saw Connectr as the ideal solution to support talent, prepare and provide them with skills for the workplace. They could engage with digital mentors to gain fresh insights. By using our HR tech platform, they could ensure the content was appropriate, and gain reporting on the users demographics, showing who is likely to be less engaged. They were able to use Connectr to keep their early talent warm, and implement recruitment forecasting.
