Thales Early Career Strategy

Our partner Thales had a challenge for us – how could they reduce above-average renege rates for their graduate and apprentice programmes?

Our solution: connectr. Working with Thales, we created a bespoke, branded version of our online platform, aimed at addressing recruitment and onboarding challenges in a modern, tech-driven way.

The newly built tool allowed incoming employees to access timely information about the company and their role – and, crucially, to interact with existing graduate employees and apprentices through a digital buddy network.

The result? Nearly 80% of incoming grads and apprentices signed up to the platform – and renege rates in 2019 dropped by a substantial 67% from the previous year.
