Pax8 is one of the fastest growing private companies in the US and is growing globally. Key to their continued fast business growth is making 6-monthly graduate-calibre hires, but competing for the best talent is tough and resource intense.

Implementation

Culture fit is critical to a scaling business. To get the best fit talent for Pax8, they needed a new and more robust screening and selection process. Working as an extension of the Pax8 Talent Team we spent time with the hiring managers and other members of the Cloud Sales team to really understand their culture and values and ‘what good looks like’. This enabled us to design and facilitate a new assessment process culminating in a hugely successful and completely bespoke “Discovery Day”.

Impact

This enabled us to:
  • Design a new final stage ‘Discovery day’
  • Shortlist down to 22 candidates
  • Improved offer rate compared to the last intake

The Discovery day was a resounding success. We are all immensely grateful for the expertise shown by the team at Connectr, they brought real value and expertise to the Discovery day. It was a joy to watch them facilitating with the Pax8 team. It was a day filled with joy. Tough, but encouraging and inspiring.
